KOPX is a new kind of venue: an officially envisioned, immersive supporter home built around a giant LED dome, a premium athletic club, hospitality, and retail — designed to be owned, in part, by the supporters who fill it.

The Problem We're Solving

Hundreds of millions of football supporters around the world will never attend a live match. Stadiums are capacity-constrained and geographically fixed. Today, the closest most supporters get is a television subscription and an occasional trip to a bar that has no real connection to the club they love.

KOPX exists to close that gap — to build a permanent, immersive home ground in the cities where supporters actually live.

The Immersive Dome Arena

An 87-foot LED dome, powered by Cosm technology, carrying a live, high-fidelity feed so every match feels like being inside the ground.

The Athletic & Recovery Club

Indoor pitches, a high-performance gym, pool, sauna, cold plunge, and recovery facilities — a genuine premium club members use every week, not just on matchdays.

The Gastropub & Lounge

A chef-led kitchen, a signature beer lounge, and a main hall with live music — hospitality built to matchday standard, open daily.

Flagship Retail & Museum

An official store, an interactive gallery, and an arrival experience designed to be shared.

Every detail is built to an authentic replica standard — the goal is a place, not a themed bar.

How Membership Works

KOPX is a members' community with a permanent cap — a deliberately limited number of members per venue. Scarcity is the point: a membership you can't buy on demand holds its value and its meaning.

Walk-ins are welcome. Anyone can visit, pay at the door, and experience the venue.
Members get more. Tiered membership unlocks athletic-club access, reserved seating, hospitality, events, competitions, and a named, club-branded smart wristband that acts as your key and your wallet inside the venue.
The wristband connects everything. Tap to enter, tap to pay, and build a member profile that links you to competitions, leagues, and the wider community.

The Fan-Ownership Idea

The vision behind KOPX is that supporters shouldn't just attend the venue — they should be able to own a part of it.

The plan is to fund each venue in stages, with opportunities designed so that supporters, supporter groups, and other backers can participate in the ownership of the venue alongside the founding team. When it becomes an owner, a supporter is also a member, a customer, and an advocate — one community, fully aligned.

How the funding is planned to work, in plain terms:

Foundation stage — an initial, private funding round among qualified investors to establish the venture and secure the necessary agreements.
Community stage — once the groundwork is in place, a broader opportunity designed to let supporters participate.
Growth stage — larger-scale funding to build and open the flagship venue.
Completion stage — financing secured against the venue's real estate to complete construction.

Each stage would be conducted in accordance with applicable law and, where required, through the proper regulatory channels and registered intermediaries. No investment opportunity is open today, and registering interest does not commit you to anything.
